Brad Ketcher

Pardon & Clemency Law Group is a national law firm concentrating its practice on clemency and pardons law at the federal level and in the 50 states. We assist client with understanding the civil consequences of a conviction, evaluating the prognosis for and effect of a pardon and developing advanced strategies for pursuing and securing a pardon.

Pardon & Clemency Law Group is led by Brad Ketcher. Ketcher has served as a gubernatorial Chief of Staff, a Governor’s Clemency Counsel and a Special Prosecutor. He has evaluated and made recommendations on hundreds of clemency applications, ranging from misdemeanors to the death penalty.
